Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in the heart of the Arts District, with quick access to local attractions and amenities. The charming room had lovely furnishings but lacked a view, which was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, with a professional and welcoming staff making sure all our needs were met. The location couldn't be better for exploring the best of Providence. The dining experience was enjoyable, with freshly prepared dishes in a cozy setting.
The hotel is in a prime location downtown, perfect for exploring Providence on foot. The rooms have a classic New England charm, although our check-in experience was slightly rushed. The service was exceptional, with the valet going above and beyond to help us with a tire issue. The dining at The Backstage offered a nice variety of dishes. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, tucked away from the sounds of the hallway, providing a more private feeling in the bustling city. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying local cafes and restaurants. The dining experience was good, albeit with some room for improvement. Overall, a great value for money.
